Take a design brief of the project

Research the Council for Planning Zoning- this outlines what can and can’t be done and what is required.

Also looking at whether Bushfire or Geotech or other reports are needed

From there looking at the project to see what is involved in getting your project to be built.

From all this information I can work out what’s involved to design you a great project and the hours involved to work out how much.

All this information demonstrates no 2 projects are the same.

For example when you go to the Doctor and tell them you have a pain – they are unable to provide a diagnosis until they have all the information.
